Ballard Health Inc. was founded by Dr. Timothy C. Ballard and Dr. Ulaunda S. Ballard. The company’s principal goal is to facilitate access to the highest quality of healthcare through community outreach and programs and raise cultural awareness of our mental and physical health care needs.
Timothy C Ballard. M.D is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in acute care medicine. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in biology from Harvard University and his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Ballard completed a residency program in general surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He was certified by the American Board of Surgery before focusing his practice on Emergency Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Physician Specialties in Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Ulaunda S. Ballard, Ph.D., is a mental health professional and educator with a special interest in the challenges that affect underrepresented communities in maintaining their mental health. Her focus extends to early childhood education and the design and implementation of culturally inclusive school curricula and programs.
